Wizz Air baggage allowance varies depending on your route, ticket type and time of year. We’ve broken this down below to help:

Wizz Air cabin bag size & allowance

Every Wizz Air passenger can bring one free carry-on bag which must be no larger than 40 × 30 × 20 cm (excluding handles and wheels) and fit under the seat in front of you. Think a laptop bag, handbag, purse or small travel backpack.

Wizz Air under seat bag size

• One small under-seat bag.

• Max size: 40 × 30 × 20 cm (excludes handles and wheels; wheels can protrude up to 5 cm).

• Max weight: 10 kg.

Wizz Air trolley bag size

In addition to one free cabin bag, passengers who have purchased Wizz priority can take an additional trolley bag which must be stored in the overhead compartment. Priority boarding gives you access to priority check-in and boarding, which can be purchased online or at the airport.

• Trolley cabin bag.

• Max size: 55 × 40 × 23 cm (excludes handles and wheels, but wheels limited to +5 cm).

• Max weight: 10 kg.

• Must fit in the overhead compartment.

• Includes priority boarding and fast-track security.

Wizz Air checked baggage size & allowance

Customers flying with Wizz Air can bring up to six suitcases. Passengers can choose from four weight options, 10kg, 20kg, 26kg and 32kg which must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 149 x 119 x 171 cm.

Their basic fare does not include check-in luggage. If you are not a Wizz priority or plus passenger, you will have to pay for checked-in luggage when selecting your flight. Otherwise, these bundles have checked-in baggage included in the flight price.
